Description
Villa Selca is situated on the island of Brac, in a small village Selca. One of the best characteristic of his villa is that it is just 20 m from the sea. To the center of the village is just 20 minutes of walk. It is completely renovated in 2010 and it is very carefully designed.
From villa you can observe Biokovo mountain, Peljesac peninsula and popular island of Hvar. It is inspired by traditional Dalmatians stone houses. The house is surrounded by pines on one side, lemon trees on the other side and sea in front of it. You couldn’t get closer to the sea.
Villa Selca has three floors, in total 400 sq m of living space and 800 sq m of garden and terraces. It has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and is suitable for accommodation of 10 guests. From the living and dining room you can enjoy the view on the outdoor swimming pool. Outdoor you can find a really nice stone barbecue.

Area activities
Brac is the largest Dalmatian island. The tallest peak is Mount St. Vid (Vidova gora) is 778 m. From there you can paragliding or just watch other doing it.
Don’t miss Zlatni rat, the most beautiful beach on the Adriatic sea. Zlatni rat’s cape is turning in the morning to one side and in the afternoon to the other side playing a strange game with the wind and the waves. Bol beaches are famous for kiteboarding and surfing. Bol is also famous for its night life because of many excellent bars and discotheques.
