Villa Makarana is consisting of three floors. It has 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and is appropriate accommodation up to 10 guests.

On the ground floor is a modern decorated living area connected with a south oriented terrace, wood lined, with a heated swimming pool. Pool is surrounded with lounge and sunbathing furniture. From here you can reach long pebble beach. On the ground floor there is also one double bedroom with private bathroom with and balcony.
Separate part of ground floor is a sheltered dining area with outside stone barbecue where you can prepare your own fresh fish and organic vegetables.
On the first floor there is a living room, dining area with kitchen and two bedrooms. Two double bedrooms on this floor are both with their own bathrooms with shower and balconies.
Second floor is consisting of south oriented living room fireplace and dining table for 8 persons and kitchen. On this floor there are two double bedrooms, one with bathtub and other with shower.

If you are searching for beach holiday with relaxed nightlife you will love Makarska. Makarska is all about pebbled beach backed by pinewoods where runs a shady palm-lined promenade with restaurants and caffes.

The city of Makarska is located in natural harbor protected by a picturesque peninsula of St. Peter and the cape Osejava. Behind Makarska you’ll see dramatic rocky heights of Mount Biokovo. Biokovo sea facing slopes are criss-crossed by marked trails, so you could get in some hiking or mountain biking to the highest point – Sv. Jure.

As there is a ferry line which runs a few times a day from Makarska to Sumartin on the island Brac, here is an excellent idea for a day trip.

The best way to become familiar with the history of the city is to visit the Franciscan monastery which recently celebrated its 500th anniversary. The church of St. Marko is located on the Kacic square. On its north side are: the Gojak gallery, located in the old school building and public library.
