Villa Komiza is a romantic hideaway located on the seaside, away from urban civilization and traffic jams. This family villa just few steps from the beach is situated in Komiza. It is a perfect for destination weddings and large family with children. It can accommodate 10 to 12 people on three floors. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Villa Komiza is an old house completely renovated. The history of the house gives her a special note. Beach, green market, bars, cafes and restaurants are all within 5 minutes walk.

Guests enter the villa from a quiet cobbled street into an impressive dining room with a great kitchen and fireplace. One double bedroom and a bathroom are located on the same floor. The kitchen opens out onto a large terraced garden with a shaded dining area and barbecue.

The first floor features a bright bedroom with a spacious balcony. A second smaller seaview balcony is accessed through a side door.

The second floor consists of two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and jacuzzi.
