Villa Baroque Hvar has a land surface 650 sq m. The villa itself has 450 sq m and the rest of 200 sq m is a beautiful Mediterranean garden. It is situated in the historical center of old town Hvar. It can accommodate up to 10 people.

The location of the villa is perfect. It enables you to have your own privacy and to enjoy vivid summer days and nights on the most popular partying destination in Croatia.  It was built in 1612, therefore is a monument under the protection.
Villa Baroque Hvar has 5 double bedrooms, 5 bathrooms,  wellness – spa area with swimming pool, hot tub, sauna and massage room.
It has three levels  connected by original restored staircase.

On the high ground floor is situated a spacious living room with a fireplace and a home library with rich choices of books, magazines and publications. The balcony streches all along the length of a living room. On this floor are also  two bedrooms both with king size beds and own bathrooms.

This area is in direct connection with dinning room and kitchen.

On the first floor there are three more double bed bedrooms with appropriate bathrooms.

Wine cellar with delightful assortiment of wines is on the low ground floor. Here you can find a large sauna and relaxation room with a hot tub, shower and separate massage room.

On the high ground floor is an indoor pool  with a possibility to transform in an outdoor pool by opening glass doors. From here you can reach garden area.

Villa Baroque Hvar also provides you a service or a housekeeper and a porter, who will ensure that all your questions and needs are being taking care of.
