Luxury Villa Brac is a luxurious five star residence on the same named island. It is situated just 25 m from the sea. A private road leads to the villa. Behind Villa Brač there are no more houses, just beautiful nature; pines and sea. Very close, just 2 km away are beautiful villages Selca and Sumartin where you can go to a grocery shop, have a coffee or eat in one of konobas or restaurants.

Luxury Villa Brač is a modern residence made of Brač white stone. It consist of four bedrooms, four bathrooms, wine cellar and private heated pool with jacuzzi and exercise resister. It can accommodate 9 people.

Luxury Villa Brač stretches over three floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with fireplace and glass walls in order you can connect internal and external areas, dining room, kitchen, laundry and office room with printer, scanner and photocopier. Temperature controlled wine cellar is also on the ground floor. On the first floor there is a game and tv room and two suites both with spa oasis, walk in wardrobes and large south facing terraces from which you can see island of Hvar.

On the second floor is situated a master bedroom with en suite bathroom and walk in wardrobe and glass walls overlooking splendid sea views. One of the bedrooms on this floor has a Romeo and Juliet inspired balcony.

In front of the house there is a mooring for boat up to 20 m and ski jet.
