Villa Sky is situated in a small village Sumartin on island Brač. It is a luxury villa 100 m from the sea and 200 m from the center of Sumartin. It is a contemporary luxurious villa built six years ago. Villa Sky includes two floors with total area of 220 sq m.
This lovely villa is designed as a two apartment house, which are connected by external stairs.Within this area there are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It can easily accommodate 8 to 12 people.
The ground floor of Villa Sky contains a modern kitchen, dining and living room which have an exit to a spacious terrace. The terrace area has a very nice swimming pool of 25 sq m. On this floor there are also two elegantly furnished bedrooms with double beds and private bathrooms.
On the first floor you will also find kitchen and dining room. The dining room and living room on south side have exits to a the terrace with sea view. On this floor there are also two spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms. On the terrace there is a romantic fireplace.
Villa Sky has 2 parking spaces reserved for its guests.
Area activities
Brač is famous for two things: radiant white stone, from which Diocletian’s Palace in Split and the White House in Washington, DC are built and Zlatni Rat, the long pebbly beach at Bol. Zlatni rat’s cape is turning in the morning to one side and in the afternoon to the other side playing a strange game with the wind and the waves. It’s the largest island in central Dalmatia, with two towns, several sleepy villages and a dramatic Mediterranean landscape of steep cliffsand pine forests.
Driving around and exploring Brač’s stone villages is one of the loveliest experiences. The tallest peak is Mount St. Vid (Vidova gora) from where you can paraglide or just watch other doing it.The two main centers, Supetar and Bol, differ greatly from one another: Supetar has the appearance of a transit town, while Bol revels in its more exclusive appeal.
