Villa Sunset available for rent is situated in a stunning location in Dubrovnik area. It offers spectacular seaviews over of the Mediterranean sea and the picturesque islands.  

It is situated in a small village Orasac, 30 km from Dubrovnik.  A private road is leading to the property which setless in a private 7,000 sq m olive grove.

The property was built in 2010. The living space has 450 sq m spread on three levels. All living areas and bedrooms have amazing seaviews.

On the ground floor there are double rooms with king-size beds and terraces and en-suite bathrooms.

On the first floor are two bedrooms with queen-size beds and own bathroom. From both rooms you can acces large balcony.

Second floor is made of fully equipped designer kitchen living and dining area.

On the ground floor is a courtyard with a swimming pool. This part of the villa is surrounded by lounges where you can relax.

Area activities

Small village Orasac hides several chapels and old churches. While staying there you’ll have the possibility of visiting: Church of St. Nicholas from 1250 and the 15th century Church of Our Lady of Orasac. Arapovo Castle from the beginning of the 16th century is a great place worth of visiting.The architecture of the village is specific for Dalamtian villages with its narrow streets. By staying in Villa Sunset and Orasac you’ll have a possibility to be close enoght to vivid and bussy Dubrovnik but at the same time to have tranquillty and atmosphere of small Dalmatian village.

Dubrovnik is known for its Old Town, surrounded with massive stone walls from 16th century. Walking  through Dubrovnik you will walk through centuries. Long the main pedestrian street called Stradun you will notice many small shops authentic food and souvenirs and nice coffe shops, bars and restaurants.

If you like being active we suggest you to take a kayak on Pile and visit Lokrum and Bete Cave. If you are a tennis fans Lapad offers tennis courts at Babin Kuk, the Bay of Lapad and Gospino Polje. You should climb the Dubrovnik walls when the sun falls. This amazing 2-kilometer long walk offers a memorable view over the city and open sea.
