It is located on the cliff above the sea, near the Old Town which is situated just a few minutes walk from villa. Going down the villas stairs one can reach a private pebble beach. From the terrace, and even while taking the bath one can enjoy the view on small island of Lokrum. Villa Dubrovnik in addition to being a superb luxury holiday villa is at the same time small historical and cultural monument and valuable treasury of fine art and antiques. It is made in marble and wood. The core of the villa is the old chapel of St. Lazarus from the 13th century, while the remaining part, according to the Conservation Department, dates back from the 17th and the 18th century. Residence Dubrovnik once belonged to the English archaeologist Sir Arthur Evans, famous for discovering the remains of ancient civilization on the island of Crete.

The property of Villa Dubrovnik extends over an area of 400 sq m while the residential object has surface of 270 sq m on two floors.

It is suitable to accommodate 6 people, it has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace and dining area and two bedrooms with own bathrooms. Close to it is an interesting and special meditation room.
The first floor you can reach with open wooden staircase, where you will find a master bedroom with two bathrooms and an office with a terrace.

If you like being active we suggest you to take a kayak on Pile and visit Lokrum and Bete Cave. If you are a tennis fan, Lapad offers tennis courts at Babin Kuk, the Bay of Lapad and Gospino Polje. You should climb the Dubrovnik walls when the sun falls. This amazing 2-kilometer long walk offers a memorable view over the city and open sea.
