Luxury Villa Kastela is situated on the beach on a property of 3400 sq m. In front of the house you can easily anchor a boat and visit all the neighbor islands like Hvar, Brac and Vis. The villa is very modern and elegant with many open spaces.

On the ground floor there is an open space living area with kitchen, dining room and living room with a fireplace from which you can reach the swimming pool (100 sq m). Beside a bedrooms with its bathroom there is also a Finnish sauna.

On the first floor there are master and guest bedrooms each with own bathrooms. Every room is furnished in different style and has an exit to the terrace.

Around the villa is situated garden where you can find live trees, lavender rosemary and lemon trees.

5 parking places are available for guests within the area of the villa.

Trogir is just few kilometers away. Tiny streets will guide you through the magic town. In Trogir you can find a bustling open fish market and a farmers’ market offering organically-grown fruits and vegetables, local cheeses etc. There you can enjoy Romanesque and Renaissance architecture, spectacular Venetian Cathedral of St. Lovro, the Church of St. John the Baptist, climb to the top of the Kamerlengo Fortress from 14th century, Garagnin Fanfogna Palace complex is located nearby, the Museum of Trogir and many other places. Enjoy at the small port with yachts owned by celebs, an possibly meet them while buying an ice cream.
