Villa Trogir is situated on the slopes of Trogirs background hills. It is very isolated but at the same time very near the places you shouldn’t miss. Vacation in this Croatian estate will be unforgettable.

Staying at Villa Trogir would enable you to enjoy a magnificent view on Split, Trogir, Kastela and vineyards which are situated underneath you while you swim in a pool. Split is well known for its worldwide Diocletian’s still inhabited palace and Salona Aqueduct. Trogir is included in UNESCO’s World Heritage List because of its immense cultural value and beauty.

Villa Trogir takes over 16.000 sq m of land enriched with olive, almond and oak trees. Within the property you can find a small garden with tomato plants and zucchini which you can consume. There is a wine cellar where you can find archive vines from over the country, brandy and sherry which you can taste during your stay as it were yours. There is also a gym.

A romantic well and a fireplace are in the outside area, where you can enjoy a barbecue with your friends.

Villa Trogir is an ideal place for enjoying it with your family or friends. As the property is spacious you can organize there business meetings or private weddings.

On the ground floor you can find a broad living room, working room, library, kitchen, dining room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms with hydro-massage bath.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms, living room, working room and bathrooms. From all the rooms you have an access to the terrace from where you can enjoy the bay and the vineyards surrounding it.

It was built in 2012. It consists of 4 double bedrooms, one twin room and 4 bathrooms spread on 3 floors. It is suitable to accommodate up to 10 guests.

Villa Trogir is air conditioned and has floor heating. There are 2 garage parking places and 3 outside.
