The house is situated on the slopes of the hill  Marjan, just few minutes by walk from beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea. From the house is easly to walk to famous Diocletian’s palace and it’s ancient streets, museums, restaurants and cafes.

The house is completely renovated in 2007. In front of the house, on the terrace, is a swimming pool. There are alo few smaller terraces which are cascade. The villa has three floors in total 180 sq m and 360 sq m of Mediterranean garden. The Villa has 5 bedrooms.

The kitchen is classically decorated and has a very preserved traditional bread oven. The dining area is furnished with antiques.
The ground floor is connected by an internal staircase to the first floor where are situated four bedrooms. The master bedroom has antique furnishings and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has double bed. From the bedroom is reachable a large terrace overlooking the bay, Split harbour and the island of Brac. The third room has two single beds and the last double bed bedroom is has a beautiful view of the park forest Marjan. On this floor there is also another luxurious bathroom.
The basement is designed in two parts. One part is for recreation and sporting activities, while the second part is for relaxation containing sauna and luxury bathroom.
