Villa Omis is located in a private oasis. Here is still possible to find a quiet place or even an own beach.

It was built with traditional materials in modern style. Spreads over a property 650 sq m with surface of the villa of 250 sq m. Consisting of 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, it is just a perfect accommodation for 8 persons. The terrace and the infinity pool are connecting two wings of the villa. Beside the central terrace, there are few more each of one offering view of island Brac surrounded by crystal clear sea. In the outside area is placed a barbecue where you can prepare easy and tasteful dishes.

The ground floor consists of a living room, dining room, modern kitchen and a double bedroom with a bathroom.

On the first floor, in one of the wings is situated a master bedroom equipped with large double bed and bathroom. From there you can exit the backdoor yard. In the other wing there are two more bedrooms both with bathrooms.

Villa Omis has 1 garage parking place and 6 outdoor parking places.

Area activities

Omis is situated near the popular tourist town of Makarska offering numerous opportunities for those looking for an active vacation and entertainment. Rafting, kayaking, rock climbing, free climbing, zip lining or just walking in nature… it is your choice.

In Omis there is a long sandy beach with bars and entertaining. Going more south, between Omis and Makarska you can find pebble beaches. When the night comes you can dance in some of the famous discotheques in Makarska.
