This 45 m2 big apartment was renovated in distinctive Dalmatian style. The apartment placed on the second floor of a separate building. Southern-facing windows provide abundant natural light with views of red-tiled rooftops and countryside. The apartment includes the combination living/dining room, also includes a well-equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with water closet and shower. In the big bedroom there is a queen-sized bed. The apartment furnishings are either fashionably modern or good-quality antiques. Guests have common terrace, which is located inside the building where you can sit among roses with sea view. Parking is available close of the apartment.
Kaštela region with its Mediterranean charm, breathtaking landscape and the natural beauties was attracting people since the prehistoric times. Once an ancient Greek port, a stopover point for Roman veterans and a summer place for Croatian kings is today a tourist resort, carrying the same name. Along it`s long sandy beach there are terraces and viewpoints, tennis and other sports courts, surrounded by greenery of pine and tamaris trees. There’s something for anyone whether you like nature, sport or long beaches…
The industrial zone is also developed, and Resnik (the airport) is in vicinity.
Present area of Kaštela and its inland in the vicinity of antique Salona were inhabited very early (the finds from the Roman and Old Croatian period). Seven old settlements developed near the coast, around the castles built in the 15th and 16th century by nobility and clergy: Kastel Stafilic, Kastel Novi, Kastel Stari, Kastel Luksic, Kastel Kambelovac, Kastel Gomilica and Kastel Sucurac.

Split Airport (IATA: SPU) (ICAO: LDSP), after Zagreb Airport, the most important in Croatia. Scheduled services fly to major European cities, with summer charter flights from more. The airport is about 1 km west in the city of Kaštela.
Bus station is only 150m from the apartment and can take You every 20 minutes to Split or to Trogir.
