This unique house will enable you to have an ideal vacation, an unforgettable holiday. Island Villa Hvar is a beautiful seafront villa with maximum privacy. By staying in Villa Hvar you will enjoy the intimacy of a private beach in the bay Uljeni Bok, socalled private National park. The Park is not open to for tourists or anyone who is not invited because of an automatic doors on the road which is leading to the bay. In the whole bay there are just six houses.

It is very easy to reach the old town Hvar either by car (2 km) or by boat in two minutes (0.5 miles). The villa was build in Mediterranean style with white stone from Brac. The interior is very tasteful furnished in order to offer you an unique experience. It can accommodate 13 people in 5 rooms and 1 apartment for servants.
In front of the house there is a dock of 16 sq m in white marble with two bollards for boats up to 25 m. On the side there are stairs which lead to the  to the shallow shoreline for small children. Near to is a small apartment 8 sq m with a bed and bathroom. Above the apartment there is a seating space with cushions and a low table.

On the second level there is a rustic stone table ideal for outdoor breakfast, lunch or dinner.

On the third level there are two apartments with double bed and each with own bathroom, kitchen and dining room with a table. Along the full length of the house is a covered terrace with a marvelous view.
On another level there is a large terrace of 108 sq m with chairs and seating bench for 20 people. On the terrace is placed a large fireplace where you can prepare fresh fish or gourmet meat.
