Drvenik Mali is an island just 15 km from old town Trogir protected from UNESCO. Many boaters and yachtsmen go there at least for a daily trip.

Drvenik Mali with Trogir is connected with with ferry boat which is going up to 4 times daily.

The residence is situated just 300 m from Vela Rina beach.Vela Rina is the largest bay on the island where is a sandy beach which looks like the famous Blue lagoon from the film with Brooke Shields.

The villa is built in small village house style. Four stone building are making together an impressive 400 sq m of living space. The property has been completely reconstructed and renovated to fit the highest of standards. It’s tastefully decorated with antiques. This vacation villa has kept its historical character while modernizing its amenities. In the main house there are a fully equipped kitchen, open-plan dining room, large bathroom and master bedroom with en-suite toilet and a nice small balcony.

Two smaller stone houses are equipped with a double bed and en-suite shower room.

The summer cottage is located nearby the Main House outside the property area. There are a charming double room with bathroom and shower and a BBQ area with a small dining area in another room. Summer cottage can be rented as additional accommodation and it is extra charged.

Private heated infinity pool is one more specialty of this nice residence. The house is surrounded with a garden full of Mediterranean plants.
