Exclusive luxury Villa Bol is located in the town of Bol, on the beautiful island of Brac. It is situated just few steps from the beach and 500 m from the town center. This seafront island villa is ideal for your holidays in Croatia.

This villa is extremely modernly designed with a clean exterior, which despite its modern features doesn’t distort the original Mediterranean identity of Brac.

Villa Bol has a surface of 300 sq m. It consists of two separate residential objects connected through the inner courtyard with a swimming pool. It has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms and is suitable for accommodation of 16 people.
Both of the residential objects are on two floors. In one residential object on the ground floor there is a modern kitchen with dining room and living room with fireplace. On the first floor there is a spacious master bedroom with its own luxury bathroom equipped with whirlpool hot tub and shower. Beside the master bedroom there is another bedroom, also with its own bathroom. Both rooms have access to terrace with a wonderful sea view. On the same floor you can exercise in fitness.
The other residential object consists of two apartments.
The front terrace is ideal for dinners under the starry sky. Close is an outdoor barbecue for preparing delicious meals from fresh vegetables fish and meat which you can buy in open market from local producers in Bol.

Area activities

Vacation on Brac will be un forgettable because variety of things to do and visit. Brac is the largest Dalmatian island. The tallest peak is Mount St. Vid (Vidova gora). From there you can paragliding or just watch other doing it. Don’t miss Zlatni rat in Bol, the most beautiful beach on the Adriatic sea. Zlatni rat’s cape is turning in the morning to one side and in the afternoon to the other side playing a strange game with the wind and the waves. Bol beaches are famous for kiteboarding and surfing. Also Bol is famous for its night life and many excellent bars and discotheques.
