Luxury Villa Orebic is just 500 m from the center of Orebic and just a meter from the sea and beautiful long pebble beach Trstenica. The large estate that spreads over 12 000 sq m is decorated by Mediterranean vegetation, numerous hundred years old palm trees, olive, lemon, orange and fig trees, roses and many other types of beautiful flowers and with many lighted walkways leading to the villa, pool, pebble beach and the sea. Villa has 8 bedrooms every with its appropriate bathroom. It has 5 parking spaces.
Villa is made up of central part, left and right wing, and it is a suitable accommodation for 16 people with servants.
The central part of villa consists of a spacious dining and living area with fireplace, kitchen and three terraces with excellent sea views suitable for chilling or dining. On one of three terraces during the nights you should discover the stars with a telescope.
On one end are situated 4 double bedrooms with own bathrooms and terraces, one of which is a master bedroom with two terraces and an office corner.
On the other end are situated two double bedrooms each with own bathroom.
From the central part of villa you can reach the swimming pool, summer kitchen, barbecue and vine bar.
Area activities
Peljesac is famous for its red wine dingac, historical town of Ston with 5.5 km long fortification walls, and seashells, particularly oysters which are grown in Mali Ston bay. At Ston is a Saltwork where the salt production plant still operates in the same way it did in ancient times, 2000 years ago. It is opet for visitors. On Peljesac there are many small and sleepy villages worth of exploring. Orebic is prefectly located for your vacation. It is just 15 minutes by boat to Korcula and an hour to Dubrovnik. At Orebic you can visit the Maritime Museum, Franciscan monastery and Korta Katarina winery. Viganj pebble beach is a sports paradise for fans of windsurfing, sailing kite surfing.
