Villa Castello Trogir available for renting is just few minutes away from UNESCO’s city – Trogir. It is situated at the northern part of island Ciovo which  is connected to Trogir by bridge. The location is just perfect, near to the most popular destinations of Dalmatia Split and Trogir, but yet far in terms of tranquility. House is surrounded by the Mediterranean vegetation. All the rooms have an amazing sea view. The house has also a swimming pool and a summer kitchen with a barbecue.

The villa spreads over 400 sq m. It has 3 floors, 6+2 bedrooms and it can accommodate up to 16 persons. Villa has three completely equipped kitchens and six bathrooms.

On the ground floor of the villa there are two double bed bedroom with en suite bathrooms and balcony. In one bedroom there is one double and one single bed. The other room is reserved for the villa hostess who is always at your service and who takes care that everything is cleaned. If need that room can be also rented.

On the first floor there is a modern kitchen, dining and living area. Living area is separated by a glass wall from the spacious balcony 20 sq m. On the same floor there are three bedrooms. One of them is a master bedroom with modern en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third room two single beds. On this floor there is another bathroom with shower.

On the second floor there are two apartments. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room. In each apartment there a bedroom with a double bed, and a gallery equipped with two single beds. One apartment has 20 sq m big balcony, while the other has a 24 sq m large terrace.

In the garden is a 30 sq m swimming pool. Near the pool there is another large terrace of 70 sq m and an outside tavern with a grill.

There are three open space parking places, three garage places and six bicycles for guests.
