This luxury and historic property is situated on the beach. By staying in this house you will have the opportunity to enjoy your private beach.

The location of this special house is excellent; it is enough away from the vibrant and crowded most beautiful city on the Mediterranean – Dubrovnik, but again so close to it that you can visit it whenever you want. It can accommodate up to 8 people (6 + 2). It has three bedrooms with own bathrooms, jacuzzi and stunning sunsets.

If planing to visit Dubrovnik and threat yourself Villa Unique is the right place for you. Every room has a sea view. It was built in 1802 and renovated in 2011.
The interior of this unique stone villa is designed by famous Italian designer. All the furniture is signed by well-known designer brands “Selva”, “D&G” ans “Fratelli Mascheroni”. The kitchen is in old English style signed by “Marchi Cucine”, known for decorating kitchens of many celebrities.

The interior is a mix of modern and old English style, the whole house is like a museum. On the walls are many paintings from Croatian and Italian artists. Bathrooms are made up with Italian marble. Beautifully decorated living room has a fireplace.

Living room and dining area are on the ground floor. From the living room one can enter to beautiful garden with sofas. Here is also fully equipped kitchen and double bedroom with bathroom and access to the front yard.

On to the first floor there are two luxurious bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. One of these rooms is a spacious Master bedroom with office, computer and telescope. Glass walls are dividing the master bedroom from the terrace with furniture for relaxing, jacuzzi and sitting furniture. The other smaller bedroom has double bed and en suite bathroom with bathtub.

In front of the house one can put a boat on a 30 m stone dock. Terrace  is equipped with jacuzzi pool and parasols offering a magnificant sea view and overlooking the Old Town Dubrovnik and Elaphiti islands.

Inside the Mediterranean garden there is a bowling playground.

Area activities

Dubrovnik is known for its Old Town, surrounded with massive stone walls from 16th century. Walking  through Dubrovnik you will walk through centuries. Long the main pedestrian street called Stradun you will notice many small shops authentic food and souvenirs and nice coffee shops, bars and restaurants.

If you like being active, it would be nice for you if you take a kayak on Pile and visit Lokrum and Bete Cave. There is also tennis courts at Babin Kuk, the Bay of Lapad and Gospino Polje, for those who like sport. You should climb the Dubrovnik walls durins sunset. This amazing 2-kilometer long walk offers a memorable view over the city and open sea.
