Description

This contemporary villa is newly built. It is located on the sea only 30 minutes drive from Split Airport. It has seven bedrooms and bathrooms. Accommodates up to 14 people.

Villa has 520 sq m. Faces south and from the balcony and terraces you can enjoy marvelous sunsets, the old town on the left and luxury Frapa yacht marina on the right.

The villa has a basement and three floors connected with an internal staircase. Each floor has its own entry door. The top floor has its own kitchenette allowing the rental of the top floor or the ground and first floor.

In the basement are situated en-suite bedrooms which could be used for staff. Here is also a sauna for up to 7 people. Large fitness centre, snooker table, children’s play area is also here.

On the ground floor is a spacious living and dining area connected with the terrace with BBQ and fireplace. Here is also an en-suite Bedroom and a study room.

On the first floor is a Master en-suite Bedroom which is from the veranda divided by glass walls. The Veranda is overloking the sea. There are two more en-suite bedrooms with walk-in wardrobes.

The top floor is planed as a large open plan living dining area which walls can be spanned the full width of the house with its own veranda over-looking the sea. Here is a kitchenette and en-suite bedroom with walk-in wardrobes. In front of is a stunning veranda with 180 degree panoramic views.

Area activities

Rogoznica is a small village from where you can easily reach many destinations worth of visiting; Split, Trogir, Šibenik and Primošten.

Split is a city of history and magic. One of most popular trademarks is hill Marjan. There you can do jogging under the shadows of hundred years old pine treas, on a track which meanders thought the forest. Nice beach Bene together with amusement park is ideal to spend your time with children. Also a very nice beach Obojena Svijetlost which is specially intresting during windy days when there’s a lot of windsurfers.

During the summer many events are organized in Split area (concerts, operas, plays and other).

Primošten is situated on a picturesque peninsula near Šibenik. Once it was a villagers’ and fisherman’s place, today it is well known because its vineyards and wine. It’s known for indigenous stone houses, churches, narrow streets of the Mediterranean style and long pebble beaches which are surrounding the town. There you can do several types of sport such as tennis, diving or go jogging.

Trogir is a special beautiful medieval town. Tiny streets will guide you through the magic town. In Trogir you can find a bustling open fish market and a farmers’ market offering organically-grown fruits and vegetables, local cheeses etc. There you can enjoy Romanesque and Renaissance architecture, spectacular Venetian Cathedral of St. Lovre, the Church of St. John the Baptist, climb to the top of The Kamerlengo Fortress from 14th century, Garagnin Fanfogna Palace complex is located nearby, The Museum of Trogir and many other places. Enjoy at the small port with Yachts owned by celebs, an possibly meet them while buying an ice cream.
