The first floor houses a spacious apartment which consists of a kitchen, dining-room, living-room, a hall, bathrooms with shower and toalete, a 100-sqm-terrace. The Villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with modern furniture as well as with the latest technology LCD TV, DVD and Wi-Fi. On the second floor there are three bedrooms which are furnished with double beds,large bathroom, living room and large terrace on the south side .
