Villa Mlini was built in Gothic and Renaissance style. It is a seafront villa situated in small village Mlini, just 8 km from the world famous town of Dubrovnik and 10 km from the airport. In Mlini you can taste the real Meditteranean as it once was. Mlini has excellent restaurants and there you will have the possibility to rest and reach easily vibrant and crowded Dubrovnik. It accommodates up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms.

Villa Mlini was built in the 16th century. It was restored under the severe monitoring of the Institute for Protection of Monuments of the Croatian because of its historical value. It’s surrounded by centuries-old stone walls offering complete privacy for its guests.

Villa has 180 sq m and it is perfect as a second home. This vacation house has basement with garage, and two floors.

The basement is divided into a laundry room and garage of 30 sq m suitable for parking two cars. By using the internal staircase is reachable the ground floor. 

On the first floor there is a spacious living room. The living room is decorated with antique furniture. It’s connected with dining room and kitchen with a dining table for eight people. From there you can exit the terrace with a breath-taking view of the bay . The terrace is equipped with a table and chairs for 8 people. In the garden is situated a barbecue.

By using an eternal staircases one can reach the second floor. There are situated four double seaview bedrooms with their own bathrooms.

In front of the house is a spacious and carefully decorated Mediterranen garden with a surface of over 1100 sq m. In the garden is a large swimming pool of 30 sq m.

Area activities

Dubrovnik in one of the most known tourist destination in this part of Europe. Dubrovnik is known for its Old Town, surrounded with massive stone walls from 16th century. Long the main pedestrian street called Stradun you will notice many small shops authentic food and souvenirs and nice coffee shops, bars and restaurants. Taste delicious Mediterranean specialties at the taverns and restaurants, take an espresso or buy some of the typical Dubrovnik souvenirs like traditional filigree jewelry.

If you like being active we suggest you to take a kayak on Pile and visit Lokrum and Bete Cave. If you are a tennis fans Lapad offers tennis courts at Babin Kuk, the Bay of Lapad and Gospino Polje. You should climb the Dubrovnik wallsduring the sunset. This amazing 2-kilometer long walk offers a memorable and most amazing view over the city and open sea.
