The property is 750 sq m and can accommodate 12 persons, ideal for family and friends vacation, smaller business meetings and team buildings. The villa has four floors. The first level is a garage for 5 vehicles.
On the second floor is one bedroom with bathroom and sport/wellness area consisting of sauna and gym. Here is also a small laundry area with washing and drying machine.
The third level is also a main house entrance, reserved as main living area. Here you will find a spacious living room with fireplace, kitchen and dining area, open terrace with barbecue and of course main outside surface with swimming pool. Heated pool is 21 sq m, equipped with contra current swimming, horizontal and vertical massage jets and lighting.
The fourth level has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Four bathrooms have shower while one on the fourth floor has bathtub. In the villa there is a sauna and a gym.
Area activities
Split is a city of history and magic. The villa is situated near Marjan hill, a beautiful park forest on the sea. There you can do jogging under the shadows of hundred years old pine treas, on a track which meanders thought the forest. Nice beach Bene together with amusement park is ideal to spend your time with children. Also a very nice beach Obojena Svijetlost where many windsurfers are practicing together with two beach bars is also a great choice.
During the summer many events are organized in Split area (concerts, operas, plays and other).
