Villa Casa is an old charming stone residence completely renovated and refurnished. It has splendid aura and atmosphere. It is just 100 meters from the sea and the most popular Komižas’ square. It can accommodate 8 to 10 people on four floors. The villa is consisting of 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, amazing sea view and an outdoor terrace.

Komiža is a small and picturesque fisherman’s Village, so authentic and so unforgettably, it’s the essence of Mediterranean. The whole island of Vis, as it is the farthest island from Split is so unspoiled, the nature is authentic and unattached. Vis is not the most common tourist island, but really gourmets like sailing mans like to visit it often, specially in May and October.

The exterior of the villa is perfectly fit into the surrounding. The interior is so stylish and modernly designed that in interaction with the exterior provides a great combination.

On the ground floor there are two modern designd double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Internal staircases leads to a first floor where are kitchen, dining and living area. From this section you can enter into a spacious covered lounge deck.

On the second floor there is situated one more bedroom with private bathroom.

Master bedroom with en suite bathroom is on the third floor, just perfect for relaxing and dreaming.

The outside area has a wonderful covered lounge deck with great partial sea view, garden seating furniture and dining table.

There are parking areas in the immediate vicinity of villa which are available upon request and charged extra.

Area activities

Komiža is small fisherman’s village where feels like the time has stopped. It’s covered with lemons, oranges and rosemary. It’s Mediteranean.
Vis is a destination for hedonists who don’t want to be just part of a crowd on popular and most visited places.
If you are tired of civilization and everyday life ,Komiža and villa Casa is the best solution for you.
In order to make your vacation complete you shouldn’t miss:

  • Unique Fisherman’s museum in the Venetian castle from the 15th century
  • “Muster”, the monastery of St. Nicholas from the 13th century
  • a romanesque church from the 15th century
  • a baroque sanctuary from the 16th century
  • swimming in the clear sea on numerous beaches of the place
  • one day trip to the island of Biševo and seeing a unique Blue cave
