Villa Green in Umag is a luxurious estate with private pool on an exclusive location by the sea. From the terrace and rooms you will be able to see the bay. It is located in residential part of Umag enough close to city center but still in a natural surrounding. Special amenities like jacuzzi, spa, fitness room and barbecue are at your disposition in order to make your vacation in Istria more delightful. The villa has 5 rooms and can accommodate up to 10 people.
The villa is divided into two parts. Central living area consisting of ground and first floor and northern part of the villa consisting of ground, first and second floor.
On the ground floor of the central area is situated a modern kitchen. In the dining area there is antique wooden table and chairs. Here is also a marble fireplace, facing open view of sea and the yard. On this floor is a double bed bedroom and bathroom. From here oak staircase lead to a first floor.

On the first floor is situated a loft with an entertainment center and TV. Here are two comfortable bedrooms with queen beds and bathroom.
The bedrooms open up onto a large terrace that extends the entire length of the south side of house. On the other side is a suite space that interconnects large master bedrooms and smaller children’s rooms, bathroom and a terrace facing eastern backyard.
On the nothern part of the house there are two apartments which are completely separated from the central part of house offering complete privacy for guests.
On the first floor there is a fully equipped apartment with private back entrance, living room, bedroom, open plan kitchen, bathroom with shower and a large terrace.

Second floor is planned as another apartment same as first one.
In front of the villa is situated a beautiful Mediterranean garden with a private swimming pool of 30 sq m. Swimming pool has hydro massage, massage jets, night lights, summer and winter cover, automatic pool sweeper. Depth of a swimming pool is varies from 0.4 m to 1.35 m in order to satisfy the needs of both children and adults. Next to the pool is a sunbathing terrace with outdoor dining furniture, sun loungers and parasols. Close is barbecue and outdoor kitchen. The backyard is planed for recreation and socializing and barbecuing.  It’s possible to cook whilst enjoying the pool and sunbathing at the same time. From the backyard it is possible to enter in SPA area, fitness center, Jacuzzi and a bathroom.
