Villa Calamotta available for renting is a beachfront villa on island Kolocep. Holidays spent on Kolocep, in Croatia will make a special memory. Kolocep is a small island with only 138 inhabitants in front of Dubrovnik. It is one of three inhabited Elaphiti islands which are laying in front of Dubrovnik. Villa Calamotta is made up for those who like nature and privacy. It can only be reached over the sea by speedboat or by regular ferry service from Dubrovnik. The only trace of civilization on the island is a small village with few cafes, restaurants, traditional Dalmatian wine cellar where you can have a meal and a shop. Kolocep has nothing to do with tourists and crowd.
Villa Calamotta can accommodate 8 people in 4 bedrooms. Its surface is 430 sq m of modern design. It is built on a plot of land of 1600 sq m. The villa has a swimming pool and a private beach surrounded with Mediterranean vegetation.

The has three floors. On the ground floor of the villa there are gym, double bed bedroom with en suite modern bathroom with shower. The bedroom has an exit to a terrace where you can enjoy in a cup of coffee or reed a book in quiet.

On the first floor are situated the kitchen, spacious dining room with terrace and living room which has access to another terrace and garden.

On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms and a master bedroom with en suite bathroom and access to balcony.
Upon request you can rent a yacht or a car, hire a chef and hostess.

Area activities

Kolocep is one of three inhabited Elafiti islands. During the summer there are hold water polo games. Every Friday there are organized fishermen’s evenings, where you can feel the ambiance of a small village.

Dubrovnik is known for its Old Town, surrounded with massive stone walls from 16th century. Walking through Dubrovnik you will walk through centuries. Long the main pedestrian street called Stradun you will notice many small shops authentic food and souvenirs and nice coffee shops, bars and restaurants. Taste delicious Mediterranean specialties at the taverns and restaurants, take an espresso or buy some of the typical Dubrovnik souvenirs like traditional filigree jewelry.

If you like being active we suggest you to take a kayak on Pile and visit Lokrum and Bete Cave. If you are a tennis fans Lapad offers tennis courts at Babin Kuk, the Bay of Lapad and Gospino Polje. You should climb the Dubrovnik walls when the sun falls. This amazing 2-kilometer long walk offers a memorable view over the city and open sea.
