Property Description

This 450 m2 big holiday house is located in Kaštela (Kaštel Kambelovac). Kaštela is city which consist of 7 small villages with imposing history. House is 16 km away from Split, 7 km away from the airport and 14 km away from another UNESCO protected city- the city of Trogir.  Therefore it could be said house has a perfect location especially since it is placed 10 meters away from the beach. So by staying in this holiday home you can experience tranquility of small town but also enjoy in wide scope of clubs, restaurants,…

House consist of three floors and on the ground floor you can find sauna, hot tub, living room, kitchen with dinning area. On the first and second floor there are four separate apartments where you can enjoy privacy. Also you can enjoy in amazing sea view.

If you want to cool a little bit, you can use outdoor pool or just lay down on the one of deck chair  placed on the sundeck.

House is suitable for 20 people. Smoking is allowed.

It is fully equipped.
