Villa Novigrad is surrounded by ancient city walls located in a central but quiet location, on the beach.

The villa stretches over two floors it has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It can accommodate up to 10 people (8+2 persons).
On the ground floor there is Wellness space with indoor infinity swimming pool (please have a look on the pictures), sauna for three people with the sea view, shower and toilet. Two en-suite bedrooms with an extra bed in every room. Glass walls are connecting indoor and outdoor space. Ground floor and first floor are connected with internal staircase. On the first floor is situated the Master Suite with en-suite bathroom with sea view. Living and dining room and kitchen are also on this floor.

The roof terrace is something special. It’s equiped with glass fence, stone floor and deck chairs made of teak wood. From there you can enjoy the sunset because it offers 360 degrees panoramic view over the blue Adriatic Sea and the picturesque town of Novigrad.
