Villa Seget is a luxurious contemporary five star villa. It was built in 2011. Walking down the small Mediterranean village of Seget Vranjica one would never expect to find this beautiful residence spread on four cascades floors and beautiful surrounding.

It was built in white stone and fitted with handmade furnishing. It is a private oasis of 500 sq m. The Villa consists of the main residential building and two more suites. The main residential part of villa has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 1 guest toilet. Each suite has one bedroom, kitchen living room and bathroom. In total 5 bedrooms in which can accommodate up to 12 people.

The ground level is made up for enjoying with friends. On the outside area there is a swimming pool with a waterfall, option for counter-current swimming, underwater lights and possibility to fill it with sea water. Near is a nice Mediterranean garden and barbecue. In the inside area there are table tennis, sauna and bathroom.

On the first level there are the living area with nice sofa and fireplace, kitchen and dining area. They are divided from the balcony with sliding walls in the way you can enjoy beautiful island Solta and Krknjasi.
On the second level there is a comfortable sleeping area with Master and VIP bedroom and en suite bathrooms and separate balconies.
Third level is a cozy and romantic attic apartment of 70 sq m. In this apartment there is a small kitchen and living area and lovely designed bathroom with bathtub.
In front of the Villa there is a rocky beach and a flat plateau with shallow entrance but if you prefer pebble beaches it is just 40 meters away.
