Description

Villa Bellissima is a Mediterranean stone house with private pool and amazing seaview and near the sea. It can accommodate up to 9 people (6 + 3) in 3 bedrooms. The beach is just 60 m away. It has a lovely Mediterranean garden.

It is situated on the most known Croatian island; Hvar. It is situated on peaceful and quiet area just 15 minute walk away from the vibrant town center with delightful restaurants and bars. The house is newly reconstructed.

The house itself is not so big (85 sq m), but has an amazing yard which lyes on over 400 sq m. Entering the villa you are approaching into a dining room equipped with table and accompanied chairs. Dining area is connected with living room on one side and terrace on other side.

All three bedrooms have double beds, one of them is a master bedroom equipped with matrimonial bed and private bathroom with shower. Master bedroom has an exit to the terrace. There is a sofa can be stretched and used as an extra bed for 1 person (or two children). Master bedroom also has access into the terrace. Other two bedrooms have matrimonial beds and shared bathroom.

In the huge yard is situated swimming pool 19 sq m.On the other side of the yard is a terrace with dining table and barbecue.

The villa has two parking places.
