Luxury Villa Porec stretches over two floors. Villa has 10 beds in 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and is appropriate for accommodation of 10+2 persons.
On the ground floor there are four spacious en-suite bedrooms with access to the main terrace creating seamless border between outdoor and indoor living, study room and toilet.
On the first floor there is an open space with living room and dining room, fully equipped kitchen, exclusive master suite with an en-suite bathroom (including a Jacuzzi tub) where the occupants are lucky enough to wake up every morning overlooking the stunning bay and terrace with sitting furniture.
In the outdoor there is a kitchen, barbecue, dining and sitting area and a swimming pool 50 sq m surrounded by a large teak wood terrace and it is an ideal location for relaxation. There is large grass area for children’s play. There are also two built-in barbecues with lava rock.
