Description

This pretty and luxurious holiday home is situated on a property of more than 20 000 m2. In front of the house there is big property where you can find pool and big sundeck. At the upper side of the house, there is a small vineyard, where at the right time, you can participate in the harvest of grapes.

It consists of three accommodation units, souterrain and a garage for two vehicles. The units are spacious and suitable for a group of friends or one large family. In the souterrain, there is an additional kitchen and space with tables and a projector.

The house is surrounded with large terraces, from which there is a view on the green surroundings. Near the house, is the Cetina river, one of Croatian true beauties. There is also the beautiful Peruca lake with sandy beaches. The distance to the sea is cca. 40 km, while the closest coastal town is Split, famous for its rich history. This place is excellent for an interesting holiday.
