You can find a lot of sports/leisure facilities very close to the apartment: beach volleyball, basketball, and tennis courts, cycle lane, skating rink, and a jogging lane.
The Žnjan beach is a heaven for water sports fans, kite-surfers, surfers, and those who enjoy long walks by the sea. The sea promenade leads to the centre of the city and the Diocletian’s Palace.

The apartment is placed on the first floor in a building with an elevator. There is a bus stop in front of the building so there won’t be a problem to get to the centre; it takes not more than 15 minutes to get there by the bus. There is also a supermarket and an ATM in the building. In the apartment there is a kitchen and a living room with a great sea view, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a rainshower for complete relaxation at the end of the day. It is fully equipped so it feels like home.
